    Hotel staff denied to give the invoice copy. It was a business trip and the invoice was much needed to claim the fund. Hotel staff was saying that online booking platform will give the invoice and Agoda team was saying that they don't have any GST no. to raise the invoices. Also, the amount in the receipt shared by Agoda and the invoice shared by the Hotel was mismatching.
