    This hotel is good especially the staff was really welcoming all the time. The only problem is that there is no lift in the hotel and our room was on 4th floor and it was really hard for us to reach to our room after a hectic day. Moreover the housekeeping was good on first day but the 2nd day they just changed the bed linen and clean the floor and the bathroom wasn’t clean properly.

    For the price of the rooms we paid, this was a good deal. The staff are very helpful and friendly, specially Aisyo and Ali at the reception desk, who were always available to help and guide us with any queries we had. Breakfast was basic but good, with refills done very timely. Room sizes are okay. Location of the hotel is very convenient - very near (walking distance) to the Baku Central Railway Station, and very well connected to all major attractions in the city and taxis available (we used Bolt app) easily.
