Studio bien équipé et propre. Pres du metro.
En été, en pleine canicule, il fait terriblement chaud dans l'appartement, qui n'est pas équipé de ventilateur (ni air conditionné). Etant donné que le studio est au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la rue, pas possible de laisser la fenêtres ouverte la nuit. A eviter en été quand il fait chaud

Locatia, spațiu suficient pentru un cuplu, confortabil.
Faptul ca fiind la parter nu se poate tine fereastra deschisa decat pe verticala si nu se poate aerisi suficient.

The bathroom is freshly renovated and beautiful. Lovely simple but classy decor throughout and has hanging space and a microwave plus hob. The location is excellent - less than 15 mins walk to Sacre Coeur and the gorgeous Montmartre, and just a minute from the Jules Joffre metro station (and only just over a minute from Simplon). Very near the Gare du Nord also - only 4 stops on the metro no.4.
You hear other residents coming in and out the loud front door all the time, but once in the bedroom with the door closed, it's fine. Very very hot (it was a heat wave) so a fan or windows we could open (it's ground floor so windows open onto the pavement - didn't feel safe to leave open overnight) would have helped.
