La terrazza sul mare

Prevalentemente la posizione vista mare col terrazzo, vero punto di forza della casa. Proprietario gentile.

La struttura poteva essere più pulita al nostro arrivo, il terrazzo lato cucina era sporco di polvere, foglie e qualche capello a terra. Scomodo lo scarico di tutti i condizionatori dentro dei secchi che si riempiono facilmente e rischiano di traboccare bagnando i 2 terrazzi, costringendo gli ospiti a svuotamento manuale. Le tende da sole lato terrazzo vista mare hanno il bastone per alzarle\abbassarle arrugginito con rischio di tagliarsi con la ruggine del manico, suggerisco la sostituzione. Pavimento della casa a tratti dissestato con dei mattoni che necessitano sostituzione, attualmente coperti da tappeti. Insomma la casa ha del potenziale, ma necessiterebbe sicuramente di una ristrutturazione più accurata.

Location and facilities in apartment

Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and has two terraces. It is located right on the seafront, so you can listen to the sound of the waves and watch the sea 24/7. It’s also great that there are two bathrooms and two fairly spacious bedrooms. There is a grocery store just around the corner, and several bars and restaurants right below the apartment. The center of Sciacca is easiest to reach by car and takes about 5 minutes.

We were probably among the first guests of the season; the bed linen and towels were perfectly clean, while the overall cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better.

La posizione era molto comoda. Spazi adeguati per 6 persone

Il pavimento era in parte disconnesso. I condizionatori scaricavano in secchi da svuotare manualmente.
