The room is located in the back of a restaurant. Sometimes it’s a bit awkward to walk by esp if you have big luggage

Nice & quite place. The room was amazingly clean & fresh. I bet the housekeeper has put their heart on work to deliver such a nice room for the guest. The host was nice and very helpful, well English-speaking. They helped me to process the self check-in, where to go for sightseeing and food too. Oh, the “hu tiu” at the 1st floor was really good 😊 Everyone here so friendly & kind 🩷

The location is in a great shopping area in Ho Chi Minh so you can easily walk around all day and be close to your accommodation.
The check in process wasn’t shared before we arrived so we had to wait around 30mins before we heard back from the hosts on how to get our key for our room. The bedroom was also located above a chicken noodle soup restaurant so it did smell quite strongly in the bathroom and hallway. I also would say the photos show the higher up and brighter rooms but we were in the first room which had no natural light
