Great kitchen - nice pots/pans, utensils, etc . Loved the record player and nice collection of records. We also enjoyed the board games and the fire pit area in backyard. Souvenir water bottles were definitely a nice touch. Perfect location to the NRG NP, hiking trails, and several great restaurants in the little town of Fayetteville. We were also able to see fourth of july fireworks from the backyard.
Trimming up front shrubs and weeding would go a long way to provide some curb appeal. It took everything in me to not start pulling weeds from the ground and/or gutters.

Great quiet location, spacious, nice backyard deck & yard, all appliances worked, decently stocked in cleaning supplies, laundry soap, etc.
Some windows couldn't be opened. One bear proof trash bin couldn't be opened, due to the mechanism was broken.

Gemütliches Haus mit angenehmen Garten. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Feuerstelle und Grill im Garten.
Es war sehr dreckig. Viel Staub auf den Böden. Müll unter den Betten. Bettwäsche nicht gewaschen und voller ekeliger Flecken. Haben all das sofort an die Vermietungsagentur gemeldet, außer vertröstenden Emails aber keine konkrete Problemlösung erhalten. Nur 4 Stühle am Küchentisch (bei 6 Betten), von denen einer direkt am ersten Abend auseinandergefallen ist.
