Room sizes were perfect for our family including the additional space needed in the handicap accessible room. The shower/bath had a built in seat and bars in the accessible room.
Pool heater was broken and the pool was a big reason we were staying with the kids. It was freezing out so taking the kids over to the sister property to use their pool as offered and having them in/out when wet wouldn’t work. One room was missing ice bucket and staff couldn’t locate one but offered a large bowl. Breakfast hours were shorter than other properties standard hours we’ve stayed at. Some of our group missed it after enjoying a sleep in after holiday festivities.

The location was great! It's in an area that is currently being built up but there are many shopping opportunities and food establishments nearby. Hotel was new, clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast was average. They ran out of food and dishes and staff was not monitoring it the best but not a deal breaker as the rest of the experience was great.
