Penthouse Marina - 3 ensuite bedrooms

Grand penthouse avec 3 chambres assez spacieuses. A proximité de ruisseau créole. Grande terrasse donnant sur la marina. Confortable dans l’ensemble. Prix raisonnable quand on voyage à 3 couples, sinon ca reste cher.

L’appartement nécessiterait un grand nettoyage de fond , il est relativement sale. Les canapés devraient être nettoyés (les coussins sont en plumes) ainsi que le tapis, le ventilateur au plafond… les meubles sont abimés. Beaucoup d’usure. La femme de ménage vient 3 fois / semaines mais pour l’entretien, pas pour le fond. La piscine / pluie inonde un peu la terrasse. Dommage. La propriétaire reste néanmoins très réactive en cas de problème.

L’appartement est spacieux, très bien placé dans la marina & la vue est incroyable ! Océane a été très réactive lorsque nous avions besoin d’elle pour des excursions.

La literie nécessiterait vraiment d’être changé (taches sur les matelas et oreillers jaunis) Le canapé n’était vraiment pas propre ( taches de sang et autres..) Côté cuisine les poêles sont complément abîmées (très cancérigène)

The apartment is huge , bright and stylish . The view of the Marina and hills beyond are stunning . Fantastic plunge pool . Not safe for young children under 6 as no railing so full supervision needed . But clean and warms up in the sun . Comfortable but very firm beds . Huge showers . Great facilities in kitchen to cook , iron and ice water , washing machine . Easy to catch buses from the main road to cassela and elsewhere . Or hire a car from victor activewaves recommended by host . Near Le prenuce beach which is actually very nice . Preferred this to Le morne to avoid the sharp coral and crowds . Still 1.5 hour from the best island beaches of pereybere and mont choisy !

Arrived to discover the pillows were not in good clean condition once removed the clean covers . Notified owner who said would replace .
