Posizione e abitazione veramente bella per gli amanti della storia e delle location caratteristiche.
Tutto ok e secondo le aspettative. Da valorizzare meglio la cantina...fin dove possibile ovviamente in quanto sono edifici sottoposti a vincoli dai beni culturali.

L'appartamento è carino soprattutto perchè ti dà l'idea di vivere in una casa antica, quasi dei tempi degli etruschi. La posizione è perfetta nel pieno centro storico del paese con possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto a breve distanza. La proprietaria è stata super disponibile in fase di prenotazione, ma anche successivamente. La camera da letto al piano superiore è confortevole. La zona è sicuramente silenziosa e rilassante.
Alcune cose vanno certamente migliorate, ma basterebbe poco per far diventare questa casa una piccola chicca. Il letto al piano inferiore è molto scomodo. La pulizia va migliorata, soprattutto sulle travi in legno. Il frigo non funzionava. Anche la doccia aveva qualche problemino.
