Peachland getaway with pool and tiki bar

After being let down by another property we booked this property very last minute. I called the owner to say we were on our way and he was extremely helpful. He told me he needed to go add some more chlorine to the pool and was actually at the property 30 minutes later when we arrived. The property is really well equipped, very clean, was well located for our work, very spacious and close to plenty of amenities

I cant really say i didn't dislike anything possibly apart from the carpet in the bedroom. But thats just a personal thing as I dont like carpet

We had the best time. The house was very clean and well stocked with anything we might need for our stay. The location is convenient yet secluded. The owners were very nice and responsive and accommodating. This was our first time staying anywhere other than a hotel and I’m grateful for the wonderful experience! 10/10 would recommend!

Der Pool war super. Unsere Tochter konnte nicht genug bekommen. Wir Erwachsenen konnten grillen und chillen. Zu den Top Spots wie zb. Anna Maria Island, Sanibel Island, Siesta Key etc… war es nicht weit. Perfekt für ein Top Urlaubsfeeling. Diese Unterkunft werden wir uns definitiv merken.

Der einzige Minuspunkt war,dass das Haus an einer sehr befahrenen Straße liegt. Aber das positive überragt diesen Minuspunkt.

We like the open floor plan, and the beds are comfy. The heated pool is nice. The tiki bar is fun, The location isn’t awful.

We stayed here 2 years ago and the property is definitely showing its age now and how it’s been used more. The pool cement is crumbling on the bottom of the pool and it took a huge chunk of skin off my husband’s toe. There is some tile about to fall off, black mold and at the end of our 7 day stay the water was turning a green color. The heater works great but the hot tub is useless. There aren’t enough blankets for families. With only 3 beds 2 of my kids had to sleep on the couch and there is no extra bedding or blankets. None. We had to use our sheets from our beds and buy blankets from Walmart. There aren’t enough provisions to upkeep the house. Not enough trash bags, ziplock bags, dishwasher tablets. No dish soap. An old sponge for the sink. As a renter you shouldn’t have to buy that stuff. No back up dryer sheets or detergent. Thankful we had enough toilet paper. There aren’t enough spices either, a lot of the ones in the counter the style thing are empty. In all, the house is showing its usage and needs some money put back into it both with the pool and the house provisions.
