Zamalek Two-Bedroom Apartement Nile View

The location

Excellent location with a great view of the nile and the busy zamalek street. Apartment was clean and equipped with modern furniture.

Horrible Internet - practically unusable Balcony doors were broken, we had to push and pull to open and close with great difficulty No toilet paper or any tissue boxes, usually hotel apartments include these basic things No microwave (there is a stove though - microwave obviously is the better option as food is mostly takeout) Abdo - the building manager who is supposed to help us with our luggage bags, with anything we need, was asleep during the most important hours like checkin and checkout times and if there was an earthquake he would still be sound asleep, we had to carry all our luggage (6 large bags) by ourselves The lady cleaner was a little invasive of our privacy (asking us to make her tea while we are literally checking out and traveling And carrying all the luggage by ourselves :)!!!) The electricity is charged by card, they warned us to keep the lights closed unless we're in the room, and the electricity cut on the 3rd day of our stay, when Abdo decided to finally wake up he charged it after about 4 hours without electricity Such little things that can be easily fixed with some care as an apartment rental, I would've given it a 10 if not for these things, the apartment itself is beautiful, the management is a big fat zero

L’emplacement est très bien. L’appartement est bien rénové

Malheureusement l’hygiène manque surtout les plan: bien que c’est clair que le propriétaire a bien investi dans son appartement, le personnel de nettoyage et de ménage est malheureusement incompétent: poubelle et saleté jetées dans les escaliers, draps, taies d’oreiller et housses de lit usées et non remplacées : des taches blanches sur la couverture du lit parental (je préfère ne pas deviner ce que c’est). L’isolation sonore est très mauvaise: La rue est très bruyante et animée. Difficile à pourvoir se coucher avant 2h du matin.
