l'emplacement est correct le port et la plage pas loin pas beaucoup de commerces autour juste un dépôt de pain et un petit traiteur
l'appartement est grand bien distribué et lumineux quand on arrive celui-ci parait propre en surface les canapés sales pas beaucoup de vaisselle le sèche linge cassé la table et les chaises sur la terrasse rouillées dommage car grande terrasse avec une vue dégagée. Le matelas sales. des vieilles plaques de cuisson et la cafetière pas de toute jeunesse ! Dommage car l'appartement à du potentiels les propriétaires devraient réinvestir dans l'ameublement et la vaisselle. Il serait super

Les volets roulants TRÈS durs, la douche en cours d'être bouchée, les rideaux sales en frottant sur l'aération des portes vitrées.
