L'appartamento è elegante, spazioso e funzionale a godersi Cavallo al meglio. Vicino all'Hotel ed al ritiro delle macchinette necessarie per girare in comodità l'isola. Vicina anche la spiaggia di Palma, una delle più belle dell'isola.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, ad essere pignoli un poco più di illuminazione sulla terrazza non guasterebbe, le pulizie non erano comprese nella prenotazione quindi nessuna sorpresa, prevederne la possibilità potrebbe essere un servizio da aggiungere ma onestamente al momento della prenotazione non ho fatto caso se esisteva la possibilità!

Good location, comfortable, nicely decorated and Nice terrace with a view

The Internet to use was the one from the hotel next door and only worked on the terrace of the apartment. The TV in the living room only had a few channels working intermittently. The TVs in the bedrooms just did not have any available channels at all. The add mentioned there would be an electric golf cart provided with the apartment. Upon arrival we were told it was not available. This meant we needed to rent one to travel around the island and we were charged E450 for 3 days. Upon departure, Booking.com had not charged us so we had to pay before leaving and the agency charged us 3pct extra to pay with Amex, which is again not what was advertised. The boat transfer was indeed included but needed to be renegotiated once there as the service provider (a cousin) wanted to charge extra.

I servizi venduti come compresi, in particolare il transfert con la barca e la macchina elettrica dovevano essere compresi. Ho dovuto veramente insistere per non pagare il transfert con la barca, e per la macchinina non c'è stato nulla da fare, nonostante fosse chiaramente indicata nel contratto. Scortesia e scorrettezza al top.
