The location is in a very nice area, but somewhere detached from places to eat, however, they have a a very nice bakery next door and they also serve coffees. Great service there where you can grab breakfast within 2 mins walk
I arrived from the airport and it was very dark. The taxi driver didn't want to leave me there in the middle of a very dark block with nobody around and not being sure that it was the right address. They should keep the light on at the entrance of the building and sign post the door. There should be instructions on how to operate the A/C splits, as remote controls are both in Chinese language. Although you could use Google translator, it will be easier to have a printed laminated instructions

Flat was spacious and and clean.
The undercover of the bed stank of sweat and couldn’t sleep all night because of the strong smell of sweat.
