Clean and well-equipped. I also loved the fact that the owner was very quick to answer. My questions and communication was excellent.
I didn't like the fact that when my adult daughter was visiting us, I couldn't invite her along to the pool. I understand that the property values a peaceful environment, and you wouldn't want a whole bunch of screaming extras at the pool, but there should be some concessions made for adult guests who would like to bring along one or two adults with them to the facilities.

Really easy to communicate in order to get the keys. It took less than 5 minutes to get inside the apartment. Everything went smoothly. The apartment was clean and comfortable. My parents and I were really happy with the stay. Super close to all the West Kelowna wineries and a great location that overlooked the lake.
Truly such a great stay. The bed that I slept in did not have the most comfortable pillows, but it was nothing that I couldn't solve myself by finding other pillows in the apartment.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung.
Es ist eklig, wenn man schmutzige Bettwäsche vorfindet. Das hat diese Bewertung extrem beeinflusst. Zudem dauerte es ziemlich lange, ehe wir einen Online-Zugang zu unserem Apartment erhielten.
