Charming 4BR2BA Only 5 mins Downtown Riverwalk

The house was clean and comfortable

Got off to a rocky start. Paid a early check in fee and when we arrived, there were staff in the house. When we tried to get in, a man told us we could not since (regular) check in was at 4. I had to call the office who were helpful and let the staff know we could go in. The staff did seem annoyed at us and made faces, even going as far as saying they never told us we could not go in. Over all, the hosts were helpful but their staff were rude to us. Also, the neighborhood feels unsafe but that’s out of the hosts control. It was annoying that people from next door kept parking in our spots and leaving us without a place to park.

The location 5 minutes away from river walk.

The bed they squeaky every time u move a little bit.

Over all for the price it wonderful and would stay again if I ever come back to San Antonio

Only problem is the main bedroom the bed squeaks a lot may need to change the bed out in one of the other rooms just a suggestion and the refrigerator does not work

Place is nice. Neighborhood Location is still being renovated and upgraded. Many of the homes have been remodeled.

10AM.CHECKOUT!?!?! I was unaware, and the cleaning crew walked right in the house while i was in my underwear, putting my prosthetic leg on. I was finally able to see the checkout time in one of the several emails that i didnt read. Just never experienced a 10am checkout. Incurred a big expense getting a ride to the shop where my vehicle was being repaired. And to think i requested a late checkout, as my vehicle was ready at 1130am....YEAH RIGHT!!
