What a fantastic property. Beautiful, typically Cape Cod style house on a lovely quiet little road next to John's Pond. The property is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need and is so spacious. Really nice pool area and the pool itself was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend this property and given how expensive Cape Cod can be, I thought it represented excellent value for money.

Didn't really bother us, but if you choose this property you ought to be aware that despite its lovely location, it's not really close to anything in terms of walking distance. Even Mashpee Commons (which doesn't exactly have a huge amount going on) is a good 40 minute walk, mostly along a busy highway. Also, it's perhaps a little misleading to display photos of the lovely little beach on John's Pond which is only a 4 or 5 minute walk away. Turns out it's a private beach for members only. If you were particularly fussy you might say that the bathrooms (particularly the one upstairs) are a bit tired looking and could do with modernising, but others might just say it adds to the character of the property.

We loved the location, the screen in porch and the kitchen.

When we arrived the dish washer was full of dishes that was sitting there and the smell was horrid. The front door was broken but was easily fixed. And the sliding door in the master bedroom was broken as well.
