A few mins from beach. Turn right for doggies and horses and fishing boats and a lovely walk up the bay. Turn left for family beach and walk to the harbour. Good accommodation with milk, tea and coffee on arrival.

It was clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen and utilities. Nicely furnished and decorated too.
Close to the sea path leading to Lowestoft and the beach.
It was a bit further from town than I imagined, still close enough to walk in, but not there and back for a night out.
