Minors issues but worth mentioning so owner could improve property as it was expensive. Plug in ensuite bathroom basin uselessly jammed. Freezer needed defrosting. China barest minimum and large plates too large to fit into dishwasher. No jugs at all. Key safe needs freeing up as very difficult at times. Door mat inside front door irritatingly rucked up all the time.
