Beautiful view from the pool and from the breakfast.

Despite the pretty views and beautiful surroundings, we left this holiday with a negative feeling and would not recommend staying at this property. The owners have established a number of unusual house rules. For example, guests are not allowed to consume their own food or drinks “in and around the room”, or store personal drinks in the minibar. Instead, you are expected to consume the drinks provided in the minibar. These rules are explained in a booklet in the room. Even worse than the rules, was having to second-guess why the owner seems upset with you. If they had a problem with us having our own beer at the fridge, why not to communicate this clearly until the fourth day when we were having a beer by the pool and were told to return to our room, because it was „disturbing other guests“. I would never drink my own drinks if there was a service of some kind, but in this case it is really hard to understand. Overall, this created a very uncomfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. This is not something anyone wants to deal with on holiday, especially at such a small property where interactions with the owners are frequent. When paying more than €2,100 for a week’s stay, we expected to be able to use the rooms minibar to cool our drinks. If that is not permitted and the minibar is reserved exclusively for the property’s products, this should be made clear before booking. Finally, the water pressure in the room was extremely low, making it difficult even to wash your face or hair properly. Also there is absolutely no privacy at the toilet as it is not possible to close the toilet door. It always stays 5-10cm open.
