The location was so incredibly convenient. It is right next door to gourmet street in lalaport mall and 30 seconds walk into the mall to get to Jays groceries. The apartment had excellent bathrooms (2!) and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The building itself is stunning the kids loved looking at the fish and swimming in the pools. There is a great little kids splash pool and playground too. Communication from staff was excellent.
Everything was great. If you are booking a transport from the hotel use the building name (Lucentia residences) not ‘harmony suites’. Then the drivers know where to go.

Exellent hosts, our flight was delayed by several hours and they went out of their way to hand over the keys in the middle of the night. The location is also superb, right next to a giant mall full of good shops and restaurants.

Great view from level 29, though not the view of the city centre. Great view of Petronas Twin Towers from level 35 where the infinity pool is. Lalaport shopping mall is next door, very convinient. Walkable to Bukit Bintang if you don't mind the heat and humidity.
Washing machine didn't work, but luckily we have booked another room for friend and was able to wash.
