Fantastic Waw - NS51 Room D

The location is very good. Lots of restaurants, cafes, close to museums and galleries. The apartment and my room were clean. The room was well isolated from the street. There was a fridge and eve a dish washer.

I did not like the fact that I could hear every sound from the common area - the lobby and the bathroom. The neighbors had no regard for other people and did not stick to quiet hours. The last night was completely sleepless because of the noisy neighbors. This single feature of the property negates all its good aspects. You cannot have a good-night sleep there. You are completely at the mercy of your neighbors. My room was spotlessly clean. There is no bed but a mattress lying on the floor. That should not be much of a problem, if you can sit on a chair. There is no chair to sit on. So you can either lie or stand in the room. The neighbors would often leave the apartment door unlocked. So your valuables are left protected by a thin door and an easy to pick lock of your room. For other people the moving-in instructions (a good page and 10 points) can be confusing. Some of them were not accurate, like the name of the Wi-Fi network or the fact that the apartment is located ABOVE the store the World of Sweets. It is in fact located across the street from that store.
