Kokkari Beach Hotel

Rooms on 2 out of 3 floors newly refurbished (last floor due 2026/2027). Lovely views from rooms at front and side

No kettle in room which was more of a problem as there was no bar or coffee bar open in the hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel, and the room was lovely with a sea view. It was a large room and a large bathroom with a great shower. The bed was very comfy. I loved the breakfast with very nice cut meats and bread. The staff were, of course, very friendly; this is Greece after all :-) The location is nearly right at the start of all the tavernas, bars, etc., and you are right on the beach.

This is not criticism, but I thought it was a little expensive for the room out of high season. I'm not that familiar with prices in Greece since I haven't been there in 11 years. I have some mobility issues, so the hotel is a little far from the port for me. If you can't walk far, maybe ask someone for a lift in a car. In fairness, though, it is in an excellent location for peacefulness.

Such a great stay - I was on a super early flight into Samos and they were extremely accomodating and allowed me to check in early. Breakfast was delicious and a huge variety, coffee was delicious, thanks for a great stay.

Very old building. Bathrooms were in bad condition. The staff was very loud while cleaning the other rooms. Even though we asked them to be quiet, they didn't care. Location is great, breakfast was decent. Value was not the best. I would not go back there and pay that much money for that room.

The condition of the rooms and bathrooms.
