I booked the room for one night, and overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-maintained. It was provided with two towels, two good morning kits, and two bottled waters. The air conditioning was cold and worked well. The hotel also has an elevator, which was very convenient.
The room was equipped with a key card system, and whenever you leave the room, the electrical appliances automatically shut off, which is a good energy-saving feature. There was also a hot shower, an electric kettle, mugs for coffee, and glasses for drinking water.
The staff were very polite and accommodating. The security guard was also very helpful and even assisted us in getting a tricycle to the airport, which we really appreciated.
However, there are a few things that could be improved:
The bed – The mattress sinks in the middle and is not very comfortable. The bed also makes a lot of noise even with slight movement.
Coffee – There was a mug provided, but no coffee was available. It would be better if at least complimentary coffee were provided for guests.
Water dispenser – There was no water dispenser available outside the room where guests could get additional drinking water, especially for making coffee.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the cleanliness, facilities, and friendly staff were the highlights. With some improvements to the bed, coffee availability, and access to drinking water, the stay would be even better.

My family had an exceptional stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They really enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, great amenities, and friendly staff. They always enjoy staying at this hotel and look forward to booking here again whenever they visit. Highly recommended!

I stayed in a room where the window only showed the wall of the neighboring building. No view, bo sunlight. The AC was incredibly loud and I couldn't keep it on while I slept which made for hot and humid nights with no fresh air. The location was good and in the heart of Dumaguete, the security staff helpful with parking my scooter amd storing my bags. Reception staff helpful and courteous.
