    I returned to this hotel because the location is convenient and I am already familiar with the property, even after a previous stay resulted in an additional 100 THB charge. This time, I was charged another 300 THB on top of the room rate. However, the main issue was not only the extra charge, but the way I was treated. An unidentified person confronted me in a public area and accused me of several things regarding my use of the room, in front of other people. They did not introduce themselves or explain what authority they had to question me. Hotel staff were present but did not step in, explain the situation, or move the discussion to a private area. Any concern about a guest’s room should be handled professionally, respectfully, and privately. The hotel is convenient, but this experience left me feeling publicly embarrassed and unsupported. I hope management reviews the incident, identifies the person involved, checks the available CCTV footage, and improves how staff handle guest complaints and additional charges in the future.
