    I had the absolute worst experience at this hotel. The service was incredibly poor from the moment I arrived, and the staff was completely indifferent to guest issues. To make matters worse, the commode in my room was not working at all. Despite bringing this major plumbing issue to the staff's attention, nothing was done to resolve it. The lack of basic hygiene and functional amenities forced me to check out immediately. I had to scramble and book a completely new hotel within 4 hours of arriving just to have a clean, working bathroom. Save your money and your sanity—stay anywhere else but here.
