A couple of problems but we are still glad we stayed there.

Location excellent and it is super clean. Pretty straightforward check-in process. The room was very nice and big. Comfortable bed.

I had to have a cold shower as there was no hot water!! I specifically changed the reservation to a room with a bathtub last minute so I can have a long hot bath, but ended up just having a cold shower... so that was disappointing. Also, no Wifi was available (the link they sent me just said Wifi available without password but in fact, you had to read a QR code to use it). I texted them but I didn't hear back, which was, again, very disappointing. Communication not too good.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. It was quite poor, with very few options to choose from, and the eggs had to be cooked by the guests themselves. For the price, I expected a more varied and better-organized breakfast service

Relaxing, super location, great staff and host

Clean, spectacularly located right behind the Élysée, but most of all wonderful service from the hostess Charlotte and her amazing team Fati and Hussein, who were all incredibly attentive and accommodating.

Fell in love with this place the second I walked in — 1.75 La Source feels like stepping into a Parisian dream. Soft light, curated details, everything effortlessly chic… exactly the kind of space that makes you want to stay a little longer. And the location? Unreal. You walk outside and you’re literally on a street full of vintage boutiques, little designer gems, and the kind of Paris charm you can’t fake. Where everything is just a stroll away: ✨ Champs-Élysées — 9 min walk ✨ Louvre Museum — 25 min walk ✨ Eiffel Tower — about 30 min walk ✨ Arc de Triomphe — 15 min walk

Another Wonderful Stay — Looking Forward to Returning

This was my second stay at 1.75 La Source, and once again, I was very happy with my experience. I love the concept of this place — the comfort and space of an apartment, with a full kitchen, combined with impeccable cleanliness and five-star hotel standards in linens and overall maintenance. The design is stylish and cozy, the location is excellent, and the atmosphere feels both refined and welcoming. Special thanks to Charlotte, the manager — she was incredibly kind and showed exceptional care by helping me with a last-minute request, which I truly appreciated. Pascal, the host, is charming and a pleasure to talk to. He shared lots of great recommendations for museums and added to the warm, welcoming feel of the place.

It wasn’t an issue for me at all, but if you prefer complete privacy, keep in mind that unless you rent the full apartment, the common areas are shared with other guests. Also, if you’re a very light sleeper and enjoy sleeping in, you might occasionally hear someone having breakfast in the morning — it’s very minimal, but worth knowing if you’re particularly sensitive. But I was lucky during both my stays to meet lovely, respectful, and interesting people and actually enjoyed that aspect of the stay.

A little gem!

An extremely comfortable room, plenty of space, a large wardrobe area and a comfy bed with breakfast included, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hosts, Charlotte & Pascal, were lovely too so I would both recommend to others and stay there again myself.

Great location and clean apartment, but limited service and overpriced

I liked the location, and the apartment was clean and nicely organized

It is more like an apartment than a hotel, with three bedrooms each requiring a separate key card, so the living room feels like a shared space. Bathroom amenities were only provided once upon arrival. The price is quite high, and service is only available until 3:30 PM. After that, there was no assistance, even with luggage—we had to handle everything ourselves.

Amazing place

It was amazing place. It is like a mini hotel with common areas. The breakfast style is amazing as well as breakfast staff that prepares everything. It was different experience the whole place and structure of coexisting. Wine bar with free welcome glass, kitchen and dining areas. Staff available whole day. Suggestions etc. Everything was great. Spacious and modern rooms. Balconies for chilling and smoking.

Not sure what not to like about this place.

If you’re looking for comfort, service and peace of mind, I wouldn’t suggest this hotel.

Location

The AC didn’t work, it was an extremely uncomfortable night. There is no staff after 4pm, The “24/7” customer number they provided didn’t work and the concierge never bothered to respond. We were promised a 50% refund to make up for the service which never came, even with multiple follow ups.

Charming Apartment-Style Boutique Retreat

Charming apartment-style boutique hotel with spacious, spotlessly clean rooms by Paris standards. The generous common kitchen and living areas felt like home, and the daily breakfast of fresh croissants, pastries and the best coffee in town was a highlight. The large, cosy bathroom and ultra-comfortable bed made for a great stay, and the oversized TV was a real treat.

* Noise from neighbouring guests closing doors (there’s a gap under each door, which carries sound through the small hallway) * Toilet occasionally overflowed when flushing * Limited hanging points in the bathroom for towels and bathrobes

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The host and staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They made sure I had everything I needed and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and hassle-free experience!

Good location and value for the money

The property it self is really good

I would like them to have staff is not really a Hotel is more like a self manage apartment. So if you ran out of WC for example there’s no one to ask for (which literally happened) Overall is ok, the things they’re missing are very easy to fix.

it's a shared flat with very thin walls. can hear the people in the room next door having sex and having a pee. we also had the water pump from the bathroom in the room next door going at all times of day and night Nowhere on the marketing blurb does it state that this is a shared flat with other people in the same apartment. very misleading marketing by all.

part of the desk in the room is damage - the walking shower it's too flat for the water to follow the gravity so shower area is most of the time flooded after the shower

The team - Christophe & Pascal were excellent hosts - caring for our every need. We were delighted to have their company & service during our stay. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble . Pascal even waited with us for our taxi to the airport - a nice unexpected touch . We have wonderful lasting memories of our stay.

When the lift had broken down - but this was soon fixed & the team kindly took our luggage up 4 flights of stairs!!

Lovely quiet retreat

Beautiful, modern design, new with thoughtful details. Friendly and available staff. Spotlessly clean, nice bedding and towels. Excellent hearty breakfast served personally by Pascal. The set up is unusual as there are three private locked suites that share common space, including cooking and dining. We did not see the other guests, but this arrangement would be especially ideal for three couples traveling together. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

The web app with key and other links is a convenient idea, but did not work consistently for us. Pascal and David made sure we got a key card and booked a taxi to the airport for us. Opened a few months ago, and they are working out just a few minor things, like shower drainage.

Exceptional

It was a wonderful stay in La Source during my stay in Paris. Great location: city center, safe and surrounded by good restaurant. Room size is very decent with lovely balcony for fresh air! All facilities are new and clean. Pascal and David showed their hosipitality everyday made us feel like home:) love to come back again.

The apartment concept didn’t feel like an Airbnb. Each room had its own security door similar to that of a traditional hotel. The shared living and dining space was great. Most of the time those areas are empty and provide for quiet relaxation, but it was very enjoyable to mingle with the other guests during breakfast and dinner.

The elevator was very small, uncomfortable if you don’t like tight spaces. But, that was not a deal breaker at all.

dont come here unless you want to spend allot of money to stay in an apartment with strangers!!!! we arrived and found out we are payong allot of money to stay in a room inside an apartment. this was not written anywhere. we left the moment we arrived. the place did not help us, refused to give us even some of our money back despite all of our complaints. it was not an hoonest and clear detailde place. this is not an hotel and i would never go there again!
