The staff was really helpful and friendly. We got the room in the corner of the main building 1st floor, it was great/cute. On top of a hill with nice view on the ocean. Didn't use the bathroom as we went to the onsen, but it looked new and with everything you need.
Walls are very thin and the door to the living room makes a lot of noise when closing. People wake up ealry for shimanamo kaido, makes sense, but it would be good, when introducinf the facility, that staff remind people to avoid heavy steps in the hallway and pay more attention to close quietly the doors.

It is a nice typical Japanese house with a little garden and pond.
The installations are simply insufficient for the number of guests when full (around 14 to 16people). There are three showers and only TWO toilets!!! which means having to queue for the toilet in the morning. It reminded me of my boarding school 50 years ago. the comunal space is ok but one kettle, one teapot etc means you have to hang around waiting for your turn.
