Lovely apartment 🪂

The building itself is very nice. The apartment was clean and stylish. Room-servis was every second day(cleaning, changing towels and sheets). The terrace is wonderful and spacious but the front view is not that beautiful. We didn’t use the pool, either the bar. Generally, it’s a nice place to stay.

The location is not beachfront as it’s mentioned. You have to cross the street(busy one) and big(not very well maintained) parking before you get to the beach(5-6min walking). It’s not a big deal if you know it upfront. Unfortunately, view from the balcony is somehow ruined by the mentioned parking area.

Great view, nice rooms

The hotel was easy to find, it is located on the Jadranska put, and you just need to cross it and walk to the beach - 3 minutes and you are at the Becici beaches. The apartment has 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa that opens for 2 sleeps (or 3 kids ) The pool was really nice, the view amazing and there is a very big balcony. the team at the reception was very friendly an d kind.

As the location is on the main road, and the apartment is on the 1st floor, there was a noise when sitting at the balcony or the pool. It was a bit of a challenge to find the parking that is within the building (extra 20EUR per day), though one could park in the outdoor parking that is within the hotel parking area. The problem is that with laggage you need to travel outside, to get to the elevator and it was very hot when we arrived.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Especially for Families!

We had an amazing time at Skyline Resort. The apartment was immaculately clean – they clean constantly, and it truly shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was also incredibly convenient for traveling with a baby: stroller-friendly, spacious, and very well adapted for families. One of the biggest conveniences for us was the washing machine – it made our stay much easier, especially with a little one. Another huge plus is the private garage. It costs €10 per day, but it’s totally worth it – safe, secure, and easily accessible. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideal – just about 100 meters from the beach, and there’s also a beautiful pool with a fantastic view, which was always spotless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a family-friendly environment. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wonderful accommodation for our first vacation with a baby 🥰

First of all, it is very neat and clean. It has everything you need, everything from kitchen elements and is very spacious. Large terrace with a view of the sea, a cot for a baby :) also just cross the street and you are already a step away from the beach. The host Natalia is very pleasant and there for all questions. All recommendations

Nothing related to apartment. The area in front of the hotel is a big unattended parking, you have to cross it to reach the beach, but during the day it is easy.

Great location and friendly, helpful host.

The location was great. With a big balcony facing the water, the sunsets were amazing. Walking into town was very scenic with several great spots to take pictures from. Plenty of nearby restaurants and a good grocery store.

I stayed in February, so it was cold. The heat didn't quite get to the bedroom and I'm a hot sleeper. So I used the comfy sofa bed some night. Other than that, not much bad to say.

Not quite as expected...

Clean&new

Images portrayed specious and cosy place with lovely balcony and sea view. So, booked "studio with sea view" and paid £20 for upgrade, we got allocated a tiny tiny studio with building site view. Upon a complaint got a prompt response that all rooms have the same view. When that didn't wash, manager said she will rectify in the morning, but she never showed up.

- nice modern building, swimming pool, views - nice room itself, fully equipped kitchen, high quality air conditioning. washing machine - good internet (personal wi-fi router is in the room)

- process of check in, no attention and respect and strange check in area in general - not polite and not competent staff (they even confirmed this), bad English of staff - orientation to russian speakers (signs, staff, etc), which nowadays is horrible - no compliment coffee\tea\water (this is must for this money) - the only one straight way to the beach is through the ugly parking area

Hotel is brand new, good equiped, rooms are nice and luxurious. You can easily feel that owner did not save on investing. Pool is nice, hotel has parking and garage, all is new, nice bathroom, kitchen is great, same for internet and tv. Vending machine at the pool is great idea when there is no bar or restaurant. Nice view on the sea, if you ignore huge parking for buses that is between hotel and beach. Probably there will be another hotel, and then, no sea view.

There is not enough staff, room is freshly painted and not cleaned properly. Not a single wall painting in the hotel, which is strange, only naked walls. Staff that works is pleasent, but they dont speak english, they barely speaks local language, only because it is simmilar to Russian. Staff triying to keep up, really, but there is 10 people on 13 floor hotel, simply imposible to function. Reception is small, and no staff there.

It was a brand new, big and equipped flat having a fantastic view. It was also close to the Becici beach. Although it was an apartment, they cleaned it regularly. Kudos to Natasha for helping us.

No one bothered us during our stay.

Excellent location next to a large beach. Good pool. Very clean. Parking in two options, free outside, garage for a fee. Elevators in operation all the time. I especially emphasize the very fast internet. Each apartment has a separate router.

We stayed there in the summer of 2023. No additional facilities were built in the building, such as a restaurant or cafe or a beauty salon, but there will certainly be in the future because there is space for it.

Nice new hotel, close to the beach

The pool area was really nice and the room had a good size and a nice view from the balcony. And it was close to the beach. When we needed something you could get a hold of the staff quickly and they did their best to help us out.

It seems like the hotel is fairly new, so the check in took a bit longer than what was expected, and we only had one card for the room. Usually you get two. It seemed like the communication between the staff wasn't always 100%. We had to ask for toilet paper a couple of times which is something a cleaner should make an assessment that it has to be refilled. But overall the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is almost perfect! Infinity Pool is the most fantastic stuff here. Everything is new. There are parking places that are significant in Becici.

There aren't the iron and microwave, despite the kitchen and the apartment generally got designed for the family. After the beach to have the possibility to heat food is, I think, a pivot. Strange stuff that we didn't feel. And cleaning service for this money could be more frequent.

Hotel with a lot of potential

Freshly renovated apartments with washing machine and fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, electric stove, electric oven, cookware), good matrasses, air-conditioning, balcony with a view to both mountains and sea, proximity to the beach.

No microwave oven, no restaurant, no breakfast option offered, our family of 6 was separated in different rooms in opposite ends and floors of hotels (we have requested 2 neighbouring or at least closely located rooms but nobody warned us before the arrival), the elevator to the lobby of the hotel has not been operational for the first half of our stay - they have finally fixed it in the end of July.

Superb

The apartment was great, the view too, only the pillows are uncomfortable and too big, they should have smaller pillows. Their restaurant and spa center are not finished yet, but when they are finished, they will be 5 stars. I guarantee that no other hotel has a better view of the sea. when it comes to the front of the hotel. The pool is perfect, the view from it towards the sea is like in a company.

Decent stay, building still in construction, apartment brand new, but services are terrible.

Apartment are brand new.

Couple of things, Hotel/Building are not seafront, it takes good 300/400 meters walk to the beach, while you have direct view on the beach from the balcony. Second, it’s not hotel, there is no housekeeper or any hotel service such as restaurants, mini bar or room order. If you need your room to be clean, you have no one to call, so better do it by yourself. They have indoor parking, it coat 10€ per day, however few days we come back from outing, someone else parked on our paid parking slot. They have poor access to lobby, after you reach and if you’re lucky and elevator working (most of the days elevator didn’t work, not sure why) you will assume where is hotel management so that you can do your check in. Last, but not least, they mention quiet hours are from 10 am till 9 pm, however on Sunday morning it was some drilling work ongoing at 8 am (WTF). Building is beautiful, its brand new, still in process pf constructing, but what we have looking, we didn’t find in this booking.

Exceptional

The hotel is located in a truly picturesque place and we had had the marvellous view from the room. Everything is new as it was opened not so long ago. Some things still need a finishing touch but it doesn’t spoil the overall good impression. The beach is in 5 minutes walk through the big parking. We chose to visit another remote beach with a fewer people during our stay here. Our son adored the swimming pool.

Bad service, the resort was a building site, no help from the staff, dirty room, only duvet for 2 persons (we were 4) Not enough sun beds or parasols. Not possible to by as much as a bottle of water. No help to order a taxi. Never experience worse service in all my years of traveling abroad!

Staff was inhuman. When i told that i have accident with car they even didnt ask do I need some help. Also when i said i need deposite for garage key (because of accident to change the tire for going back home next day) she said i cant give you back until you leave the key (i leave the key, she gave me back 50€), even i paid that day 10€ (they took 10€ for nothing). So staff is very bad. Its normal when someone is guest and paying you to ask if they need help, but this people doesnt have humanity at all.

Great basis for a memorable stay, but will need to work on it

New apartment with 2 a/c's (we were probably the first guests in this apt), nice bathroom, clean panoramic pool, location 200m from the beach, underground car garage (for surcharge). Good for quiet, non disturbing family stay in Budva / Becici area.

The "reception" and first (or lowest) entrance to elevator is 3 floors up from the street level and although there is special outside elevator installed (from the street to "ground floor" level), it is not working, so you have to climb up everytime you come from the beach or town. Small things like dust on the floor, only towels changed (after 4 days), bedsheets the same whole week, really just basic stuff in the kitchen (cutlery) which we had to buy additionally or do without. Only 3 dining chairs for 4 of us... Small amount of sunbeds & umbrellas at pool. No toilet and shower at the pool. Hallways are not air conditioned and get really hot. The building is still being adapted, there is no bar, restaurant and some finishing touches would(will) be most welcome. All in all, would expect slightly more service and utilities for the price level. Nothing that will kill your vacation, but also will not bankrupt the owners either if/when they increase their service level...
