Apartment is spacious, sparkling clean and centrally located. Nicely looking old furnitures. Supermarkets and restaurants are just 2min walk. The place corresponds in 100% to the photos from booking offer.
I have no bad intention I just want to warn other travellers before they book this place. In my case it was the most stressful check-in day I have ever had in my life and I am a frequent traveller with at least 1 travel a month (+100 travels last 10years). Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with the owner, he seemed to be hostile - especially on the check in day. I received many rude replies to most of my messages. After all he said he was not going to wait for me (despite agreed and respected check-in time) because he has better things to do. When we finally met he somehow forced me to cancel my booking and required 150eur deposit on the top of the cash payment. It was already dark outside (22h00) so I had no other choice than to accept. During the check-in procedure the host was only focused on strict house rules (at least 10min speech) and not on proper welcome small talk. Until the end of my stay I felt kind of unsafe and not welcome.
Regarding the apartment there is no curtains in the bedroom so there is much sunlight early in the morning. Also in the morning there is much noise coming from the nearby school.

Месторасположение отличное. Недалеко от ворот Адриана, но на тихой улице. Рядом старый район Калеичи, парк, остановки старого трамвая, автобусов. До остановки трамвая из аэропорта 10 минут пешком. Также недалеко много магазинов, кафешек, столовая. Нас встретил хозяин (знает русский язык совсем немного, но общаться смогли через переводчик в телефоне.) всё показал, настроил русские каналы в телевизоре. Кстати в апартаментах большая коллекция фильмов на дисках на русском языке. В квартире очень чисто и есть всё необходимое для проживания. Матрас очень удобный. Большой холодильник, микроволновка, электрический чайник и т.д. Всё соответсвует фото графиям. Правда ковриков нет, но это даже лучше, легче делать уборку.
Все понравилось, но не хватило)) большого зеркала (в наших апартаментах было только одно небольшое зеркало в ванной), более яркой лампы на кухне ( готовить вечером было неудобно).
