A very beautiful and well equipped apartment, everything is just like on the pictures. We had everything in the apartment what could be necessary for your stay. Karla, the owner was very kind and helpful. We really appreciated the small gift we have received. We definitely recommend it and well choose it whenever we return to Rovinj.

Beautiful building and clean apartment. A really comfortable stay. Karla, our host was exceptional. Super friendly and helpful and made us feel settled and comfortable. If we had questions she would answer them and gave us tips and was really attentive. Great location, short drive to the old town and to local beaches.

Gli appartamenti sono gestiti da una simpatica e disponibile host di nome Carla che è sempre attenta a ogni esigenza della clientela. Arredati di tutto punto con attenzione ai particolari che trasformano la vacanza in un'oasi di felicità.Sono pulitissimi ,spaziosissimi e moderni così come lo sono i bagni che hanno belle e grandi docce! In questi appartamenti non manca proprio nulla compresa la smart TV di ultima generazione.Sono finemente arredati.Il tutto inserito in un bel contesto di ulivi e un bellissimo terrazzo dove godersi pranzi e cene in tranquillità.Ma la vera differenza la fa Carla proprietaria che ci ha fatto vivere una bella vacanza con le sue attenzioni e gentilezze.Alla fine della vacanza ci ha anche omaggiato del proprio olio e della propria grappa fatta in casa! Grazie. Se venite a Rovigno non esitate a prenotare questi meravigliosi appartamenti!

Tolle Lage! Wir kommen regelmäßig mit dem Boot nach Rovinj. Der Vater der Appartement Besitzerin organisiert das Kranen von den Boten und kümmert sich um den Trailer unterstand. Alles perfekt für uns. Die Appartements sind relativ neu und ist mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, sogar Waschmittel ist da, Geschirrspüler, Geschirr usw. Eine schöne überdachte Terrasse, auch bei Regen gemütlich. Großer Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Sehr sehr liebe junge Vermieterin.
