Well presented and well equipped. Nice location with lots of bars cafes and restaurants near by. Not too far a walk from downtown or from the beach area. Nice and quiet.

This is being overly picky but with it being a studio, the noise of the fridge disturbed our sleep somewhat but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix.

Das Haus selbst war 24/7 durch Personal an der Rezeption erreichbar/geöffnet. Mit dem vorab genannten Code war der Zutritt zur Unterkunft sehr einfach. Die Unterkunft war groß und komfortabel. Alles Notwendige in Küche und Bad war vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

Nicht gefallen hatte mir, dass ich die umliegenden Mieter gehört hatte. Weiterhin fahren recht laute Motorräder, die gestört hatten. Auch die Wege, um zum Strand, zu den Ruinen oder nach Downtown zu kommen, sind sehr lang. Hier muss man mobil sein.

A proprietária sempre foi muito solicita em todos os momentos. Eu recomendo.

I appreciated the prompt and kind communication, and that the host was available when needed without being intrusive. It was excellent to arrive to an apartment that was fully prepared, with no need for check-in tours or unnecessary formalities. The apartment itself was fantastic: everything was new, very clean, tidy, and well maintained. It was also reassuring to find a full medical emergency kit provided in one of the cupboards. The building offers excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, parking, bicycle storage, fast internet, reception, and security, all at an exceptionally low price. Receptionist Samantha was very kind and helpful. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, especially considering it was not a hotel. I have stayed in many hotels and received significantly worse service.

The main downside is the location. Aldea Zama is a residential area that is not particularly close to either the beach or the town centre. This means that it is very quiet at night and so a good place to sleep. But access to the centre is via one paved road or by passing through neighbouring areas that are visibly underdeveloped, with unpaved roads and limited lighting. While this did not personally cause me problems, it may feel uncomfortable for some guests, especially if travelling alone at night or using a bicycle. Another inconvenience was the laundry facility in the building, as the building management charges 150 pesos per access, which felt excessive. If you have a car and do not need to use the laundry facilities, this property is otherwise an excellent option.
