Está muy céntrico y recién reformado. Está preparado para dos personas.
Es un poco ruidoso, al estar en un bajo durante la noche se oye todo cuando la gente cuando pasa por la calle. Estaba poco limpio, en el sofá había restos y al usarlo como cama, daba muy mala sensación, deberían pasar bien la aspiradora. Las toallas muy viejas para un apartamento tan nuevo.
