We arrived very late in the evening and the next day was a national holiday and stores would be closed, which we had not checked beforehand. The owner awaited us at the villa and provided us with water and food. He even had put a warm dish into the oven.
Throughout our stay we have been provided with helpful tips about the island.
The villa is very clean and cosy. The only thing you hear at night is the ocean.
It can be reached in a 10 min walk downhill.
As pointed out by other reviewers the road is suitable for more experienced drivers.

Everything new, quiet location
Maybe air conditioning in the bedrooms are needed, it was extremely hot weather when we went there and this felt during the night.
