Cobbora Cottage - Sleek & Stylish, Near Hospital

We loved the location, cleanliness, property layout and comfy beds.

It would have been better to have additional toilet as with 5 people stay it was little inconvenient specially when you all have to get ready to leave on time for checkout.

Almost backs onto hospital. Very clean. Cobbora Cottage was a very comfortable and easy place to stay. The cottage was clean, well set up, warm, and had everything I needed for a working trip. It had a nice homely feel without being cluttered, and the location was convenient while still feeling quiet and relaxed. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen and living areas were practical, and it was a much nicer option than staying in a motel for several nights. Check-in was straightforward and the property felt well cared for. I would happily stay again and would recommend it for anyone visiting Orange for work or a short regional stay. Sun room looks like it would be great for the summer (but I was there in the winter).

Kitchen fit out was a little sparse - I can imagine you might like a few more things if you were staying here as an extended family or group trip. "Firepit" listed in features, but I did not see it. The place was warmed easily by a pair of older but functioning heat pumps. Two bedrooms did not have heat pumps.

There was only one bedroom that had air conditioning, making the others a bit hot. The one in the main bedroom needs to be serviced as when it was cutting in and out it would make terrible noises.
