因為有女兒開車，所以交通還算方便。 一進去房間就發現廁所燈不會亮，反應後有派人來換燈泡，速度很快。 只是電視無法看Netflix ，員工有努力幫忙解決，最後還是無法看，有幫忙設定yet（只是晚上回來開電視還是沒辦法看）並主動提出是否要幫忙換到樓下房間，我們覺得沒關係就沒有更換。員工的主動性值得鼓勵。
如果床旁邊可以有一張桌子，方便睡覺時放眼鏡手機等物更好，不然都還要離開床鋪走到桌子去放，比較不方便。房間空間蠻大的，若能再多放一張桌子椅子，讓需要處理事情的人可以方便使用電腦會更感貼心。 因為上樓要換室內拖鞋，但是沒有放自己鞋子的櫃子，若放在拖鞋架上感覺會把拖鞋架弄髒，就直接放在地上。但是後來有看到有人把自己的鞋子放在室內拖鞋架上，也看到有人把拖鞋穿到外面去…似乎可以再做更清楚的標示。
