Location, comfortable bed, good bathroom
You have to drive 10 minutes to return keys as the check out(!)
Instead of living them in post box of the property. Really stupid solution have to say.
Shared balcony which is not so private on the backyard.

Ceiling fans did not operate on arrival in bedrooms, kitchen or lounge- jiggling the batteries which did not resolve issue. Reported to letting agency who said someone would attend to rectify...they did not. We phoned again 6.15pm that night without resolution. Letting agency phoned next morning with apology. No dishcloth for kitchen. Luckily, I brought my own kitchen disinfectant wipes and a microfiber cloth. The 2nd bedroom with single beds had tiny ants crawling through linen the entire stay.
