    This hotel is where I always choose to stay when passing through Manali. Warm timber lined rooms with a very cosy bed. A big bathtub to soak away the aches from travel and helpful staff. The warmth of an open fire during the colder months adds an extra element of charm.

    First as we entred the room it was huge and spacious but it was smelling badly. Room floor had many damages which hurts in feet while walking ...bathroom was stained..no windows were opening due to some some govt rules so no ventilation..curtains and floor mat were very dirty.. towels were dirty as well as stinking badly. There was a centipede in bathroom door corner..i got so scared..we had to then call hotel staff to take it out..

    This hotel is very old. The service is bad. They didn't give the towels. The bathrooms were old. The staff was not good. We already informed the reception that we would want a very early checkout. But there was nobody to help with the luggage and the guy at the reception was so unhappy to help us with the luggage. This hotel is very far to old Manali. I think there are better options now in Manali at this price.
