Great place. Very quiet and pleasant stay there. The area was so nice because there was never traffic getting into the area or out.

Wish there was house keeping. Like someone to come wash clothes and clean a bit. Because I was there with my two teenage sons, and we spent most of the day out sightseeing. Most of the days we came back home very late. But for the most part. It was very very good.

It location is good. Apartment was clean.

There were only one AC remote for 3 AC and that remote was not working . It was told to caretaker mr. Rana but no action taken

The location is good, 2 min walk from beach Groceries store, restaurants, and coffee shops only walking distance Host responded quickly to my conserns Beach chairs available

The washing machine was not working properly, fixed within 2 hours after I've informed the host Almost all indoor facilities are not in good condition (bed, mattress, pillow, bathroom dornops, sofas, air conditioning.. etc) Most buildings in the area are not new, but more work can be done on indoor facilities for sure. The heater in the kitchen is leaking water on the refrigerator Air conditioner in kids, the double bed room is leaking water (even though we didn't turn it on!!) Basically, its not bad for budget stay, it is definitely overpriced (I've paid around 90 Omani riyals per night)
