    The exterior of the hotel look quite rundown with no lobby at the first floor. It looked like an industrial building. (Lobby @ 2nd floor, guests floors are only from 11-14) Since Atour is a reputable chain hotel in Shanghai, I did expect a little more. I was definitely shocked when I first arrived with the amount I paid. Whatever room photos posted are true to it. Rooms are extremely clean, staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Room can be pretty hot as it is centralised. We opted for non-smoking room but you still can smell smoke. I would love to stay at Atour again but most probably not this location.

    No privacy, a bit messy especially during working hours. Sharing leave with people working in the office building. One of the not so good experience of ATOUR hotel
