Rentalmar Family Felix con parking incluido

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is a big apartment (even for 6 people!) with a good location, 3 min walking from the beach and many shops, restaurants are within 1-2 min as well, so it is very convenient and parking is also a big advantage. I liked especially the big terrace where we could have breakfast, dinner and enjoy the evenings in a quiet place. Very much recommended, we will come back for sure! :)

The only area for improvement was the checkin which you have to do in another Rentalmar property (who are managing probably many other apartments). We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and waiting time was around 40 min and there were many people even behind us, with 3 people working on the reception, it went quite slow. An idea would be to request the personal data for the checkin online before arrival, instead of filling out papers at the reception, to gain a bit of time. Im not sure if this is always the case or there were just some problematic cases before us, but it was very tiring to wait in the queue after a long travel. But the check out was quick on Sunday morning, with no waiting time.

El parking era bajo y no pudimos aparcar el coche. Las dos lavadoras estuvieron rotas y no pudimos usarlas. Hacia frío en la casa

The apartment was a good size. The balcony was great had the sun on there all day. The rooms were a decent size. The kitchen had everything you needed. Was in a good location close to everything and only a short walk to the beach. The shower was good and hot water lasted quite a long time.

Some of the plug sockets were a bit dodgy. The toilet made a funny noise and kept filling itself up all day and night but my dad fixed it.

La situation était parfaite pour aller à pieds dans le centre, ou à Port Aventura, ou à la gare. L'appartement est spacieux avec une belle terrasse

Adresse erronée pour récupérer les clefs. Très mal équipé en plat, vaisselle alors que c'est un appartement pouvant accueillir beaucoup de personnes, et pourtant cuisine bien équipée en électroménager ( par exemple pas de plat allant au four). Aucun torchon lors que linge de maison noté comme fourni. Et rien: même pas une éponge ou un peu de produit vaisselle pour dépanner.. Dommage pour une nuit ou 2. Presence de quelques fourmis. Pas de renseignements pour le tourisme local, ni en espagnol, ni en français.
