J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement du logement par rapport à la plage des Sablettes avec pas loin U express, les commerces...
La résidence est beau et calme.
La chambre au 2eme étage est parfait pour passer par les escaliers et bien propre.
Juste que l'ascenseur est petit

Buona posizione, per la spiaggia basta attraversare la strada, per il centro storico si arriva facilmente dopo una tranquilla passeggiata lungomare.
Il divano letto e cuscini non molto comodi.
Per raggiungere la camera un po’ complesso il percorso da fare ..

The studio is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed being there.
It is very close to the beach, to the city center and also to the italian border (1000m on foot).
There is a grocery store close by.
It was easy to find the keys and also the studio inside the building based on the instructions we received.
The host is friendly and available by phone.
The only difficulty we had was to find the channels on the smart tv as we don't have one at home. It would be useful to have a quick instruction on how to navigate on the smart tv to find the channels.

Depuis notre séjour de janvier 2025, le matériel mis à notre disposition était un peu fatigué.
La commode avait été malmenée et j'ai rétabli la fixation basse du montant gauche qui était déboité.
