Buona accessibilità in sedia a rotelle. La vista è impareggiabile, l'appartamento è nuovissimo e le dotazioni sono complete, il terrazzo è spettacolare.
Il letto grande, seppur comodo, si infossa un po'verso il centro. Lo scalino che fa l'infisso della porta rende scomodo uscire nel terrazzo con la sedia a rotelle. La larghezza della porta che va al terrazzo è un po' giusta.
