Bien situé dans une zone calme

Sitzmöbel teilweise etwas schmutzig, keine Sitzmöbel für den Balkon, etwas hellhörig im Treppenhaus bzw. Wohnung darunter, Haustür ist nicht abschließbar, Gartennutzung?
