Casa Gretemma

Although it’s a one room apartment it is much larger than it looks in the photos and the position is excellent. Just a 10 minute walk to the action and with the secret access to the beaches, just 5 minutes from the amazing coastline.

The one drawback I could foresee is the high balcony. Fantastic for us two, with great views of the surrounding hills and castle gardens but I wouldn’t want to have a child up there.

The view from the balcony was exceptional! Apartment is clean and spacious. Rather modern interior, filled with some funky vintage furniture. Host is very attentive and communication is fast. There is a sofa bed in the apartment, but it was comfortable, therefore it didnt bother us. The walk to the town is a bit hilly, but there is a private entrance, which takes you to the sea side with magnificent views.

One of the window shutters was jammed, therefore we could not open it unfortunately. Wine glasses would be great, but not crucial.

Great apartment and the host Stefano was very supportive. I really enjoyed staying here. Especially loved the balcony very much. Great location, a park and the tourist attraction with beach access nearby. The parking was a bit of a search in the streets nearby, however found always a parking spot Italian style.

Nette und schnelle Kommunikation. Erst dachten wir, dass die Lage sehr schlecht wäre, aber es war ein schöner Fußweg am Meer entlang. Der Gastgeber nannte viele hilfreiche Tipps und so konnten wir über die laute Straße hinwegsehen.

Leider war das Zimmer und der Balkon mit Mobiliar ausgestattet, das nicht unbedingt zum Aufenthalt eingeladen hat. Das Bad bedarf einer grundsätzlichen Erneuerung und Reinigung. Die Parksituation ist problematisch, dennoch fanden wir mit schneller Hilfe des Gastgebers einen Platz für unseren Bus. Es ist dort wirklich alles sehr beengt und hügelig, was wiederrum natürlich den Reiz des Küstenstreifens ausmacht.
