If there was breakfast I did not know it but there were fruit and vegetable sellars a hundred feet from door and market walking distance where I purchased more than I needed for my 4 days incredibly inexpensive and I was able to cook great meals.
I loved it. No complaints.

It's a nice, private property with friendly staff and good accommodations. The a/c worked great, as did the water heater in the bathroom. The street outside is full of vendors, shops, and restaurants. Honestly, it has everything you need for a pleasant visit at a great price.
The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything in the hall and next door. It's usually pretty quiet throughout the day, and it doesn't get loud at night, generally. But when it does, you hear it. If you plan to spend time in the room, bring some headphones if you don't like outside noise.
