Die Lage ist grandios. Direkter Blick aufs Meer. Und in 20 min in der Innenstadt. Der Strand, der nicht überlaufen ist, liegt direkt vor der Tür.
Die Straße vor der Wohnung ist sehr laut. Aber das gehört im Süden dazu.
