Beautiful home in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The place was clean, comfortable and cozy. The owner communicated well
I liked everything about the home but I thought the price was a bit high for the time of year.

It was clean roomy and comfortable. The house is surprisingly big and everything one would need is available. It is also tight near an nice Irish pub
The steps to enter the house was a bit steep and small. Water problems. It was hard to turn the kitchen faucet off. Had to fiddle with it or just leave it running. The shower upstairs let a lot of water leak out of the tub. There were little guards and adequate shower curtains but a large amount of water still go by so everyone used the downstairs shower. The parking was challenging. The fencing around the parking makes it a challenge to get a couple of cars parked

The house is decorated for the area and it was perfect. Had a nice fenced in yard was about a 2 minute walk to the ocean.
I cannot think of anything I didn’t like about the property
