Pls keep in mind that the property is not in the oasis itself. However Uber costs you just a few bucks to get there.
Room is fine, but ventilation seems to be an issue. Breakfast is just ok and served to the table.

First off let me say when I got there I had misplaced my passport and they went out of their way to guide me on what to do if it was ultimately lost. Thankfully I found it. Great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and welcoming. Showers were great. The restaurant was excellent (taku taku highly recommended). This was a wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Ica.

The staff at Serenity Lodge were extremely friendly and helpful. Angie, in particular, went above and beyond to get our room ready quickly and arrange our tour of the Huacachina oasis. Her excellent service was greatly appreciated.
The pool area was lovely, although the water was quite cold. Another disappointment was the inconsistent shower temperature. My first shower had no warm water, and my second was lukewarm at best.
Lunch was okay, although I experienced some digestive discomfort afterward, possibly from trying an unfamiliar dish. I would have appreciated more basic menu options, such as a simple hamburger, for guests who prefer familiar foods.
Overall, Serenity Lodge has a welcoming atmosphere and wonderful staff, especially Angie. With improvements to the hot water, pool temperature, and menu variety, it could provide a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
