Günstige, schöne Ferienwohnung im Wanderparadies

Kommunikation war top, immer erreichbar. Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet und gut eingerichtet. Fernseher funktioniert inzwischen astrein (war eine Kritik in einer früheren Bewertung). Sobald die Baustelle (mit Vollsperrung) unten auf der Friedrichstraße durch ist, ist es auch wieder leicht zu finden. Weit genug vom Stadtkern weg um nicht so unverschämt teuer zu sein, trotzdem zu Fuß erreichbar oder bequem mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Und ein großes Plus: Toilette und Dusche sind 2 getrennte Räume jeweils mit Waschbecken.

Voll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Bequem Platz für zwei Personen. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und ist sauber. Ideal gelegen wenn man an der Hochschule zu tun hat.

Keine zentrale Lage: Wer nichts an der Hochschule zu tun hat, läuft circa 25 Minuten in die Innenstadt, oder nutzt den ÖPNV, der an dieser Ausfallstraße regelmäßig verkehrt.

Sehr durchdacht renovierte und liebevoll eingerichtete 1- Zimmer-Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Es wurde sehr schnell angenehm warm trotz starker Kälte draußen. Ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt bei bester Gastfreundschaft. Die Fassade/Außenbereich ließ mich das inwendige Schmuckstück zunächst nicht vermuten;)

Super friendly host. Helpful and quick to reply. Location is great for guests travelling by public transport as bus stops are right there. Comfy bed.

What I consider as absolute basics (having worked in hospo too) were missing: hair drier, kettle, colander or sieve. The kitchen cabinets were literally falling apart (not exaggerating, we placed a drawer on the floor so cutlery wouldn't fall out). The person they hired to clean, well, doesn't clean. Crumbs on and around the toaster, dead spiders on mirror frames, dirty cleaning stuff/ bucket and mop left right there in the kitchen, left rubbish from the previous guests, the hand soap hadn't been refilled (we found a refill bag and did it), the blinds are coming off. Also, please do take that photo of the playground off this and other booking pages! It is not safe, the slide and climbing wall are literally broken, why would you put that online. My kid was looking forward to using it and so disappointed when we saw the construction site that is your back yard. Cat was cute tho. It could be such a lovely place, just take a break from having guests and finish the job in setting it up. Also proper blinds or at least something to block all the light from the glass front door (which is super weird anyway)
